The Management assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of his Quality Management System, making all
the necessary resources available and making sure that the planned objectives are compatible with the context
and the strategic guidelines of the organization.
The organization, being aware that the involvement of all stakeholders is a primary strategic element, makes
this policy available to all interested parties.
To ensure profitable business management, the top management of TIYAN undertakes
to enforce the pursuit of the objectives set out in its mission statement, such as:

identifying and satisfying the specific needs of each
customer in the best possible way, in order to provide a qualitatively valid and safe
product at a competitive price.
QUALITY: With the same products and services, what makes the difference is the particular
attention paid to our customers, which allows us to provide maximum assistance both
in the technical phase, for the design and development of new devices; that in the
commercial phase, through the proposal of different quotations based on the materials
used for the realization of the products.
TRAINING: TIYAN aims to increase the value of human capital through the constant
training of its collaborators.
